DigixSkill Kids Learning Studio is a digital educational product operated by CRAFTZ STUDIO. All plans are sold as a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring billing. Access to paid features is granted immediately after a successful payment.

All sales are final

Because the Service is a digital product that is delivered and consumable immediately upon purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital content and expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

Legally required exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws require a refund, exchange, or other remedy, that requirement will apply in addition to this policy.

Exceptional cases

Duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions, or genuine technical billing errors are reviewed manually by our administrator on a case-by-case basis. If you believe one of these situations applies to you, contact us at info@digixskill.in with the email you used at checkout and your order or transaction ID.

International purchases (Paddle)
