These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and CRAFTZ STUDIO (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of DigixSkill Kids Learning Studio (the “Service”). CRAFTZ STUDIO trades as DigixSkill. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account. The Service is designed for children aged 1–10, but only a parent or legal guardian may create the account and any child profiles. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
• engage in fraud, spam, or misleading conduct;
• upload malware, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
• scrape, harvest, or extract data by automated means;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where allowed by law;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content;
• circumvent technical limits, licence checks, or paywalls.

4. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial family learning.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, designs, logos, and branding that make up the Service are owned by CRAFTZ STUDIO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

6. Payments and billing

The Service offers one-time paid plans (for example a 3-Day Learning Pass and Premium Lifetime Access). Prices, currencies and what each plan includes are shown on our Pricing page before you buy.

Merchant of Record. Our order process for international sales is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for orders it processes. Payment, billing, currency conversion, applicable taxes, invoicing and cancellations for international purchases are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Orders in India are processed by Razorpay. In those cases, CRAFTZ STUDIO is the seller of record and issues the invoice.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:

• you materially breach these Terms;
• we detect fraud, chargebacks, or a serious security risk from your account;
• you repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules;
• a payment for a plan you purchased is reversed or unpaid;
• we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Parent Settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRAFTZ STUDIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold CRAFTZ STUDIO harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will highlight it on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights you may have in your country of residence, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
